Dash and Crash

This project was entirely developed by myself during a Multiplayer Game Programming lecture. I used Unity 3D to developing it and its target platform is mobile devices. It works cross platform and up to 4 players can play it. I used the, by the time(2015), new unity networking system. The game works inside a Local Area Network(LAN).

The game is about survival: the last player standing is the winner of the round. Each unity has four shields, if they hit a wall they lose the corresponding shield and another hit in the same side means defeat. Power ups allow unity collisions among them to do damage to each other or add a protective shield.  The terrain also may have properties: cian field disables drag, making it difficult to control the unity, while blue field doubles drag slowing unities down.

There is a lobby system that allows the players to select a nickname and a color to its unity, for the session.
