Plans have been lodged to Tower Hamlets council for new residential towers in Limehouse. The former Esso Service Station site on Leamouth Road, will be redeveloped to make way for two buildings including a 24 storey tower with stepped blocks of 20, 17, 11 and 8 storeys, linked by a 2 storey podium at ground level. The development will provide 338 residential units on site as well as mixed-use commercial space.
The project took the GC team three weeks to create the five CGIs which included our standard three opportunities for comments during production. The creative tasks included 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, photography and post production work.
