Flyer for an gaming event.
I got a call from IGN regarding one of their gaming events being held in Dubai, UAE. I was asked to design a flyer for an event for them showing the various events like 'Cosplays','Previews','Freebies' and 'Tournaments'.
I wanted to design a minimalistic /gritty styled flyer, short and simple, that gets straight to the point. I also tried a barrage of grabbing colors that would give a strong contrast with the background.
I did try white first but it looked very spaced out and empty, so just to tie all the colors into a compact space, I decided to go with gravel grey.
