I started my career in print publishing, where editorial standards are high. Then came the Internet. Oh boy. Everyone was a writer, but no one was an editor. I started my personal blog, wordsintotype, to address (read: complain about) the poor quality of writing, grammar, and punctuation I saw on even the most well-respected websites.
