I'm a huge fan of project Calm: I use the app, I love the book and coworkers in the agency know that when they hear zen sounds coming from the creatives' room it's certainly me with calm.com open on my browser. The past year has been a stressful one for me and I've constantly had my mind thinking zillions of things at a time. Keeping quiet and focused was and sometimes still is one of my usual daily battles and meditation helps me improve my focus and balance. I invented this print campaign for everyone who shares my same struggle. It pretty much exemplifies what happens when you try to do a relaxing task such as starting a new book, but your mind wanders way too wildly and refuses to cooperate.
