Bogota’s Tourism Institute developed a gastronomic guide of the city what presented the traditional dishes, processes and materials of the region. They also wanted the guide to explain the main farmer’s market in town. The design solution was implemented around Bogotá’s most representative elements: the colour red of the brick masonry for the titles, the deep green of the Andes mountains for photographs and a very geometrical publication design to imitate the city’s Cartesian street planning.
