There are a lot of website-specific settings and features on the mobile web today, and for all of them, the Android version of Google Chrome should get a new interface.
Solely focused on everything that has to do with the overall website instead of just the page you're on, this would be the new home for many currently scattered around features as well as also a lot of completely new ones. Moreover, the design with two main areas would also be perfect for the introduction of other new features and especially also the introduction of many more experimental new features in future in this location.
