The design utilizes wind mitigation strategies to provide comfortable environments for the users. It provides active and passive engagement as well as creates curiosity, interest and a unique identity through visual connections. The plan envisions strengthening connections to downtown and leveraging the surrounding public activity.

Winter Activity Plan: Ski slope, Outdoor fire pit, Atrium, Winter plaza, Indoor sports complex.
