This dress is my first project from the course I am taking called problem solving, during the first semester of my senior year. Problem solving is a class where we create conceptual garments with found materials that tie heavily to what we are being inspired by. I was inspired by the Andean Condor Vulture. This dress was created with paper, paper towels, hot glue, elastic strips, plastic cups, and paint. I was very inspired by the unique skin of the vulture, and its enormous wings that are black and white and high in contrast.
