FENIX aims at contributing to bridge the digital divide between developed and developing countries by availing technologies to share data and knowledge and increase access to available information (i.e. Big Data / Open Data). 

Supports International and Regional organization to strengthen accessibility to national/global data and to disseminate data and analyses. 

Contribute to the “Data Revolution” invoked by the High Level Panel of the UN Secretary-General, by adopting the concepts of “open data”, “interoperability” and “knowledge sharing”
