Revitalization of the area of Podoli Marina in Prague was the main target of this project. Firstly, the urban context had been analysed in small teams. Secondly, each student individually chose a plot on which (s)he would like to develop a proposal.

My project proposes an extension of the current building of the Czech Yacht Club. The aim is to celebrate 110 years of sailing in a land-locked country and popularise this attractive sport to the public.

I chose to continue on developing this project during another course at CTU which focused on detailing own design to the stage of documentation for building permission.
