Introduction
MediaWiki is a platform for Bauhaus-Universität to do collaborative work and share ideas, course contents and student works. It is easy and quick to access the materials from and create new materials and pages. The MedienWiki is a unique and open platform where we accumulate the common knowledge of staff and students alike, preserving it for future generations at the Bauhaus-Universität and beyond.
Masters and Bachelors can make use of this Wiki.
This MediaWiki had not been upgraded from the past five years, and it laked alot of features which were available in present time. There was a need to upgrade the old version to current version. But the upgrade was not possible in the core level because since then many things had been changed in mediawiki architecture.Therefor I had to develop many things to make the Wiki running in the latest of its version.

Development procedure
1: Design a new Bauhaus Bootstrap Skin for Latest 1.27.0 MediaWIki version.
2: Develop child skins for each University department that inherits the Bauhaus Skin.

3: Configured SkinPerNamespace so that it loads approperiate skin for each department automatically.
4: Confgured skins so that it be adjustable for every types of devices like Tablet, Mobile and PC.
5: Upgrade the old Mysql database from Shell to the latest 1.27.0 version.
