When my sister asked me if I would be the godfather to her daughter, Right of the back I knew I wanted to make something special for Sylvia that she could keep for years to come. I started by dry-brush painting her name a few times then scanning the best and adjusting them some on the computer before I transferred my image to the linoleum block. I chose the Rabbit because it is her Chinese Zodiac sign. My sister loves purple, but I made a pink one just incase teenage Sylvia doesn’t share her mothers extreme love for purple.
