Today Reel Earth, leads the way and is the pivotal film festival in the Southern Hemisphere with a focus on nature and the environment.
Reel Earth sprang from humble origins in 2004, thanks to a small band of friends with a shared passion for film and a sustainable future. Their vision, to encourage environmental awareness, sustainability and changing attitudes through film, continues to underpin the festival.
Today Reel Earth has flourished to become recognized by filmmakers and audience alike as a festival that seeks, selects, and accolades the best new films from around New Zealand and around the world, in a juried annual competition.
A set of brand and promotional collateral was produced to highlight Reel Earth’s annual awards Gala, The Reel Big Night Out, celebrates and honors the best of the international competition films, national films, and children’s films.
