A small extension to a residential property in Melbourne, Australia. Scope of works included documentation of existing building and proposed works for pricing. The greatest challenge of the extension was how it dealt with the joint neighbouring property. The diverging angles of the roofs and the external wall allow as much light to penetrate the living area. High level windows also penetrate day light deep into the plan throughout the day.
