This is Metro, a fully responsive website.

As you can tell it is based on the design Microsoft adopted for Windows 8 menus, hence the name.

It has a main section, and four smaller ones.

Metro uses the flexbox layout model so that it fills the whole screen and yet it adapts depending on the screen size and orientation.
