Background: Although Emirates has been flying from Vietnam for 4 years, there’s still a lack of local awareness of the amazing Emirates Experience that the rest of the world has found out about. The client wanted to remedy this situation at the heart of where all the flying happens: the airport.

Insight: There’s a growing safety-oriented habit among Vietnamese travelers to give their luggage extra protection and have it wrapped in clear plastic.

Creative idea: We offered a day of free luggage wrap to passengers on other airlines flying out of the Tan Son Nhat International Airport. In exchange, they let us insert a poster about the amazing Emirates Experience they missed.
