Four carving artisans were interviewed, all of them were good at carving typography. After brainstorming, an idea is developed: decreasing and increasing. Carving is an art of decreasing, but at the same time, the value of the craftsman is increasing, so as the artisans who are getting older and older but more and more sophisticated.
The writing composition and layout is composed by the theme of increasing and decreasing with a long oblique paper. From the one side, when the paper is becoming shorter and shorter, the story of decreasing is being told. While on the other side, when the paper is taller and taller, the story of increasing is being told.
