Yobi is an electronics accessory brand that creates phone cases, cables, chargers at an affordable price-point.
The brand name itself is based on a Japanese anime about a young shapeshifting fox who befriends a human boy. Though she's naive and innocent, Yobi's relationship with the boy is steadfast and genuine. We wanted the same qualities to be reflected in the identity.
The mark itself boiled down to only the pieces it needed to understood. The goal was to create a mark that could eventually be shifted and molded into whatever the customer was into at a price-point that allowed for a burgeoning style to grow and experiment.
