As a part of our college curriculum, we went for a trip to Wayanad, Kerela. Wayanad District is a district in the north-east of Kerela, India with headquarters at the town of Kalpetta. Wayanad is known for its greenery and fresh, peace and calm environment.
We stayed in this beautiful cottage, of the NGO Uravu Bamboo Village. As the name says it all, All products made by this NGO are made from bamboo. Due to the calm and quiet environment, I was very motivated to sketch my surroundings and ofcourse the luxurious cottage entirely made of Bamboo.
So here's a sketch I did, one morning sitting infront of the cottage, admiring and capturing the essence and experience around. I used the pen stippling technique used with a Micron pen (black) 0.05pt.
