Since the renovation of the old Moritz Brewery by the architect Jean Nouvel, this centrally located factory space has been reborn as the hippest premium Catalan beer enterprise in Spain. Moritz, Barcelona’s first beer brand, continues to lead the way in culture by fusing avant-garde architecture and design, world class gastronomy and cultural activities, as well as local history. In other words, all the ingredients which define Barcelona.Moritz contracted me to create a special collection of Barcelona Postcards and Covers as a fresh take on the typical touristic postcard. The collection portrays a poetic and unique vision of the beloved Catalan capital. I immortalized scenes which represent to me the most nostalgic and charming secrets held within the city. All the images are analogic and they present a heavily vignetted look, saturated colors, and wide angle shots, offering a vibrant and dreamy portrait of Barcelona.
