Gravisque is a series of six posters created through the process of converting all of the frequencies of each note sung in Eric Whitacre's Lux Aurumque into the equivalent wavelengths of light, resulting in a very precise spectrum of color with one color value for every one beat in quarter time.

I then arranged this spectrum of color into an order and form that I felt visually conveyed the feeling evoked by the music itself. The work was printed on large transparencies and exhibited at Biola University's Art Gallery.
