" T h e   D a w n   o f   t h e   S w a n "
featuring Odette
ink on 12"x18" paper || November 2012

An image depicting how Odette changes back to her human form during the night, shedding her feathers in the process. Direct inspirations derived from Tchaikovsky's The Swan Lake ballet. Episode 2: ALICE IN WONDERLAND
" H a t t e r ' s   T e a   P a r t y "
featuring Alice, the March Hare, the Cheshire Cat and Absolute
ink on 12"x18" paper || July 2013

A full-house illustration of some of the main characters from Lewis Carroll's novel. Here, Alice is seen holding up the magic growing potion, the Cheshire Cat toying around with the March Hare's clock, and Absolute still smoking in his butterfly form. The small door from where Alice first came from can be seen at a distance, surrounded by upside-down clouds. Ironically, the Mad Hatter is nowhere to be found, hence the decision to go for such title.

Episode 3: PETER PAN
" W e n d y ' s   L i t t l e   D a r l i n g "
featuring Wendy Darling and Tinkerbell
ink on 9"x12" paper || September 2014

A re-imagined take on Wendy and Tinkerbell's first meeting. Direct inspirations drawn from Disney's version of Wendy and Tink from the animated movie, Peter Pan. Subtle references include Peter's hat sitting atop of Michael's teddy bear, the "kiss" (thimble) worn by Wendy as necklace, and the Big Ben as seen from an open window.
