I WAS ABLE TO DESIGN THE NEW WEBSITE FOR SOUTH WEST WATER WHO WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO UPDATE THEIR DIGITAL PRESENCE
South West Water are one of the main suppliers of water in the South West Region, they not only provide water to homes in their area but they also treat the water and make it safe to swim, surf an bathe in for the people who live and visit their beaches.
In 2017 water services providers will open out and people will not be tied to have their water supplied to by their local provider, this means that South West Water and the entire water supplier industry will face a competitive market. In the lead up to this South West Water were looking for a digital agency to update their website with several other goals in mind such as helping customers self serve as well as create a more digital friendly brand and update their design image to be applied to a responsive website.
I was the lead design on the project in which I began by working with the UX consultant on the project a the beginning then taking the findings on to create a design which met the clients needs.
