MAKING INTANGIBLE TANGIBLE
In September 2014 I started working for KONE Elevator and Escalator company in an international service design team. I am involved in two projects. My tasks include fieldwork in different countries, analyzing the results, creating stakeholder maps, blueprints and customer journeys, internal and external end to end processes, problem solving and close co-operation with company stakeholders, UI testing and development plus all kinds of service design and research related tasks and practicalities, whatever comes up. I also produce visual material based on the needs of the projects and global presentations as well as facilitate workshops for different stakeholders. Furthermore, I am responsible of technological goods and tools in our team.
