Visual Identity: UNSW Watersport Club

In 2016 the University of New South Wales Surfing Sailing and Windsurfing Club is having a major restructurisation and revision. The newly elected exec members of this student watersports club revisit the club's purpose, vision and direction, steering the focus back into developing the sport skills of its members rather than organising extravagant beach and yacht parties like the previous year exec member had done before.

A few years back, the student club had its prime days where the club was flourishing with intermediate and advanced windsurfers and sailors, with routine sport and social events being held every two weeks. As the successors of the club's exec members in 2015 changed the direction of the club into a more commercialised beach-themed social events, the club's reputation deterioriates drastically in a year, losing a tremendous amounts of intermediate and advanced members, with sports events becoming less and lel

This year, with a new goal to restore the club to its former prime state, a new visual identity is needed. The new visual identity needs to reflect a strong, dynamic, focused yet fun and creative personality. The new visual identity needs to show the club is currently getting back on its feet, ready in action with the best team ready to steer the club back on track
