I recently worked with Middlebury College to create an illustration for use on their bookstore tote bag. 

 

Middlebury College's bookstore wished to replace plastic shopping bags with reusable totes. The idea was to capture the identity of the college by featuring a graphic, one-colour illustration of an animal relating to the campus and surrounding area in Vermont, USA.

 

I worked on a series of five animal designs and the surrounding icons associated with Middlebury. The panther, a popular athletics mascot depicted in the college's official blue colour, was chosen as the final image.

I hope to photograph the final product soon but I have created this mock-up version for the time being, in order to show the work in context.
