THE NIGHT OF THE LIVING TYPES
Poster done in a letterpress workshop organized by Thype! at Turin's Archivio Tipografico.
The brief of the workshop was to represent the "first impression", the sensations arising from the first contact with the world of traditional typography.The excitement and the surprise was great to realize the potential and the insights offered by a technique of hundreds of years old.
The ironic comparison with the zombies seemed to fit, thus was born "The Night of the Living Types".
Movable types are not dead ... and they want your ink.
