The RNZAF needed avionics personnel, specifically, people with previous electrical training and the ability to solve complex electrical problems. Our solution was to send prospects a broken electrical device. Only once the device was repaired would they receive a message telling them to call a dedicated phone number. This would mean that 100% of the people who called the number had the skills the RNZAF were looking for.
