The Beat Down Club was a hands on project I created by first creating the stuffed animals by physicaly altering them by cutting, burning, shaving, tearing, staining, and dirtying them so I could take dramatic photos. The goal was to create an emotion when viewing the invitation and to make you feel the abandonment and neglect of children currently in the fostercare system while also keeping it vague enough to spark interest.
