BRITEHUB is a supply-chain management software startup based in Oakland California. Our consulting team consisted of 5 Design Strategy MBA students from CCA.
Supply-chain management is complicated, so we used visual storytelling to simplify and add clarity to the key concepts during our presentations.
In collaboration with the CEO of BRITEHUB, our team created the "status quo" business model canvas as a starting point.
The Status Quo business model canvas depicts BRITEHUB in their current stage of early development.
The Product Innovation canvas depicts key areas of focus for BRITEHUB to focus if they choose to lead their company with their product.
The Customer Development canvas focuses on distinguishing BRITEHUB as a customer relations focused company.
Lastly, the Infrastructure Innovation canvas serves as a "north star" for BRITEHUB, in order to help them transition from small startup to a successful international software solutions company.
We collaborated with the CEO of BRITEHUB to create their first ever mission statement; BRITEHUB liberates small and medium sized manufacturers to do what they do best, by providing low barrier-to-entry collaborative manufacturing solutions.
