This proposal Shifts the town center notheast via two mechanisms:
[1] public services woulb be consolidated near the sports field, and [2] a new plaza would be integrated with the Town Hall.
Consolidating services (school, daycare, gym) at the recommended location will correct the isolation of the field and realize spatial economies in service delivery.
At the Town Hall, the semi-enclosed plaza defined by the placement of new buildings will be given life by ground floor commercial and policed by the apartment residents above it.
