This is my first collection. It was the final work for my 2nd Semester subject. It's inspired in art & paintings of one of the most famous representatives of Art Nouveau, Alphonse Mucha.As Mucha worked frequently featuring beautiful young women in flowing, I wanted to make something modern from the paintings, something elegant, classy, chic and modern, so I used chiffon, silk and some floral application to a better representation of the innocence and sensuality of the woman as Mucha idealized in his paintings.The color palette ranged from pastel to dark colors, and we used earrings, head & hand accesories according to the theme. I made a great effort and I feel so satisfied with the result, it was a big challenge for me because a year ago I just had to learn to sew. Hope you like it!
