The Adobe Take 10 Challenge is to create an original artwork from 10 Adobe Stock images.
The 10 Adobe Stocke images are shown below. They included a mix of images and vector files.
The theme “weightless” had to represented in your art.
I've been looking into and being inspired by patterns recently and the challenge of having to incorporate all 10 Adobe Stock images was a challenge in itself but I thought that patterns would be a way to go. After milling around the net as you do I came across the idea of Kaleidoscope and thought this would be a fun way to go.

I took the 10 Adobe Stock images supplied and transformed them into the hexigon shape, recognised in most kaleidoscope images. I then experimented with the blending modes and opacity. Images are layered as seen below.
Using all 10 Adobe Stock images the hexigon tile below is the result of using Photoshop's blending modes and seeing what felt good, appealing to the eye and in some places happy accidents.
With my hexigon tile now acheived I then went on to create the kaleidoscope image by repeating
the hexigon tile across my canvas.
