According to the Greek mythology, Hades is the god of the underworld, and is often portrayed with his three-headed guard dog Cerberus.
For this illustration, I wanted to portray Hades as a bored and rebellious teenage girl. I imagine her as a younger April Ludgate (character from the TV show Parks and Recreation): annoyed with humans, always bored by regular life, but always taking good care of her cute three-headed puppy pug Cerberus.
