My stakeholders should be updated with whats goes on inside Europeana

Problem Statement
The Europeana portal was launched in 2008, with the goal of making Europe's cultural and scientific heritage accessible to the public. Europeana is funded by the European Commission. Its office is based in the National Library of the Netherlands, the Koninklijke Bibliotheek. Overseeing the project is the Europeana Foundation. Its members are the presidents and chairs of European associations for cultural heritage and information associations. The Europeana Foundation works with around 150 different data providers. These aggregate data from around 2300 cultural institutions all over Europe and send it to Europeana. At the moment, about 29 million records can be found in Europeana. On a daily base, thousands of records are being accessed by a variety of users through the Europeana portal and the API. Europeana tracks all these statistics using the Google Analytics service. In order to provide comprehensive metrics to our data providing partners, we aim to create a dashboard that visualizes these different metrics.
The purpose of the metrics dashboard is to make visible to our partners, but also everybody else with who is interested, what goes on inside Europeana. We want to show what happens with the data we ingest, how many times each collection and object has been viewed, but also show our financials and social media outreach.
To accomplish that Europeana wishes to present these metrics in a meaningful way in the form of an online dashboard. We are aiming to have a protype version first which we can show to our stakeholders. We will work together with a few cultural institutions in the prototype, in the final version all data providers and collections will be included.
Wire frames
We built highly customized reports from google analytics data generated for each data partner of the client. Each report portrayed various views of data drilled by dimensions such as time and geographic location and also provided usage statistics of the data for the various artifacts the partners had shared.
