Collage Reflection
In my collage I have many pictures of the things that are most important to me in my life. I have 3 siblings not including me, and I included all of them in this project. Along with those picture, I have two pictures from this past marching band season. I included these pictures in this collage because that was what really welcomed me into the high school this year and I felt that it was my best choice that I’ve ever made. I also have two pictures of my dog because he is my favorite thing in the world. He just fits in my family so well. Finally, I have a picture of my friends and I from California this year because that was the best trip I have ever been on in my life and I got closer to so many more people on that trip. I made all the pictures inside of my silhouette black and white with a contrast of a blue beach background to grab the attention of the eyes.
For the background of my collage, I chose a picture of the beach that I took in California this December. I chose this picture because I love to swim and I had a blast there. For the picture of my brother and I, that was taken in Parris Island, South Carolina. That is my favorite picture of him and I because that was the first day that I got to see him in three months. He was graduating from Marine boot camp the next day and the picture always reminds of how proud I am to be his little sister. The picture of me marching, and the picture of me in my uniform is just a good reflection picture because it shows how much band has impacted my life this past year. The picture of my other brother and I, as well as the picture of my sister and I, are just to show how much my family means to me. My dog made it into the collage because he always puts me in the best mood if I am ever sad. Finally, the picture of the Cincinnati skyline made it into the collage because that is where I was born and raised.
