Managing Reward Points for Freefest Tickets
As part of the Virgin Mobile Free.I.P. program in 2011, a volunteer reward system was created to encourage youth in the United States and Canada to volunteer in exchange for tickets to the Freefest music festival.
I contributed to the visual design and production of the administrative dashboard, and worked closely with the project manager to quickly iterate new designs based on user patterns and functionality changes.
