Wrote a project report covering the details of two mega and two task environments of Dell company. Mega environment consists of technological and international element, while task environment consists of customer & clients and also competitors.

 

The purpose of this research was to find out how the management is done within a particular multi-national company which is located in almost every part of the world and what are the weaknesses and strengths of the company, driving out the solutions later on how the mechanism of management can be improved.
