A business process is an activity or set of activities that will accomplish a specific organizational goal. In this video the goal that we was trying to get the viewers to guess was that my mother and we were going to have chips and queso for a snack that night. In order to have the snack or reach that specific goal we had to go to the grocery store to get cheese, cilantro, tomatoes, onions and tortilla chips. Only with those steps would we be able to make the snack with her, if we had not gone to the store or missed a step, such as the tortilla chips, we would not have queso or would be eating it with a spoon which leaves us with an incomplete business process. This video helped me learn that when planning a business process each step is extremely important, without one of those steps not being met or skipped the goal may not be reached.
