This was given as a class-room assignment to the graphic design batch where the course brief was to make a short story-board and execute in a suitable cinematic language. Everyone was asked to make groups of 4-5 people. This particuar group short-listed their ideas and came down to a 'Film Trailer', later they brought me on board where I helped them with brainstorming the concept and the shot breakdown, however I couldn`t do the camera as I were to act in the same film. Post-processing this film was a fresh experience as I had never before edited a 'trailer' before. I am clearly talking about aesthetics in terms of 'treatment' here ... In the end it`s all about how the story is being told.

'aGreatDay' is a crowdfunding and social digital TV platform that help people make dreams come true! We voluntarily worked for this company which is based in Stockholm. We went around the city asking people about what their dreams were, we were amazed by the answers that we got! We wanted diversity in this film - particularly in faces and language, India is a multi-culture and a mega-diverse country. Not many people took us seriouslly on being asked, "what`s your dream and what if it comes true?"

I took a series of pictures to create a hyper-lapse of the event that I covered for 'Gera developments'. This video is of the famous dancer and choregrapher - Shiamak Davar who came as a celebrity guest at that event. He further talked and performed few easy dance steps with the Gera family and the employees.
This event was conducted at Hyatt Regency, Pune.
