The brief asked me to produce a series of typographically focused posters for the Saturday Sessions club night at Ministry of Sound nightclub. Taking inspiration from geometric shapes and nightclub imagery such as lasers and disco balls i created 3 landscape posters displaying all the relevant information that was required.
I decided on a landscape layout because i was bored of portrait style nightclub posters. Landscape allowed me to split the line up information from the club night information. It also allowed me to experiment more with the use of colour within the design, breaking it up as it went from left to right. The colours used are all from the Ministry of Sound colour palette. I would perhaps change the grey to another colour.
