Bestemor meaning grandmother in Norwegian, I represented personal communication between myself and my grandmother by using plaster to make molds of my hands in the form of sign language. I used alginate and water as the substance to create the different shaped hand forms. After that mixture was set, I poured Plaster of Paris into the hand molds, letting it dry, then proceeding to unveil the plaster hand forms. Painting my product with the Norwegian flag to finish off the project.
