The truth is that women are still suffering from unfair pay. According to the “Gender Wage Gap” (2014), women working full time in the United States are typically paid just 74 percent of what men are paid. There are essential fees such as house and car payments, daily meals, fitness, and even pet costs that both genders must pay. However, unfair pay causes women to struggle to make these payments. In each design, 26% of the item was cut out to demonstrate the amount that most women could afford to own.
