THE FAKE POWER OF IGNORANT MEN
At the beginning there were the unicellular organisms, which evolved into multicellular, then into molecules and atoms, particles. Living beings and their rapid evolution. In all this extraordinary development, rationality pointed to one species only.
The ape, upright, lost hair and began to think. It was then that feeling of superiority came out and thousands of years later still around us and, who knows, it might end up destroying us.
We are the most developed race in the world race. And so, since man is man, the world has had to get used to us. That if we are gods, if the center of the universe, the earth is flat ... always thinking that we control the uncontrollable and dominate the events around us, even beyond our understanding. The holy curiosity has forced us to investigate, to learn, to expand and, of course, to conquer.
What if I tell you that this whole universe is nothing but an invention? Or that we are being watched by a higher being? Maybe you're dreaming, perhaps the dreamer is me. There may not be anything at the end, maybe there's everything. Would you be able to refuse anything? Maybe you wonder what the hell I'm telling you. Very simple, reread the title.
We know nothing (someone already say that, and probably another one before him). Everyone is a completely ignorant and therefore we have to investigate everything. We are aware of it but anyway, we can't stop feeling superior to other living things. Human race dominate this unknown world and the most powerful massacred everything where he disagrees.
Not content with this, we also look beyond our shores, new worlds to dominate and conquer. We're not even stirring the dust in this hole we call Earth, inside a ridiculously small portion we call the Milky Way, contained in a shit known as Universe. We are nothing and we think we are everything.
