The First project assigned in my Posters Spring 2016 class. Our task was to create a poster that attempted to explain what "Graphic Design" really is. After a long a process of thinking of, sketching, and testing ideas I realized that while all those are whtat graphic design "is", it was impossible to describe it in one poster.
I took this information and thought to myself, "Graphic design can be any of those things, so what it really is, is a series of infinite possibilities." This was the inspiration for this poster. An infinite choice of possibilities through every step of the process. The series of rings represents the possibilities and the blue circle represents the project.
