This is a personal endeavour I have undertaken to create an accurate map of the fictional land of Middle Earth from The Lord of The Rings trilogy. The map is still in process, but close to completion, having only several areas of mountain range to complete and a few small towns to add in. The map is sized at approximately three by four feet and done in watercolour and pigment ink on water colour paper. The layout and typography was all completed free-hand.
