Once Upon a Time is an successful ABC series premiered in 2011, created by Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, a reinvention of the traditional fairy tales in the world of Disney.
When the project was awarded to Loica studio, i lead designed the development of the main titles and the look & feel of the series, from the first explorations and a series of countless styleframes and proposals until the final direction: a representation of the magic of the Enchanted Forest, the place that connects the characters of the tales, into a mysterious environment where reality mixes with fantasy.
