I worked with chef and owner of Resident Taqueria, Andrew Savoie, on every aspect of his neighborhood restaurant from brand identity and persona to social media strategy. 
 
Resident Taqueria was born of culinary mind and bred of down-home heart. They boast fresh, made-to-order tortillas, slow-braised meats, and seasonal and local produce. The taqueria is built around the families and friends of their Dallas community and serves as a place to gather close to home with a casual atmosphere and a fresh, intriguing take on a cuisine embedded in the history of the area. 
Resident is a kid-friendly restaurant with an adult appeal. We created playful illustrations to mix with bright bold colors and typography. They're featured on everything from business cards to interiors and t-shirts to market bags. 
Being located in a strip mall posed restrictions for curb appeal, so we worked with a local sign painter to bring the atmosphere to the exteriors. 
The website design and development were done completely on Squarespace, making them easy to update for the client. We incorporated everything from social to a live-text menu so customers can have a through brand experience through the site.
