This was an assignment in my motion portfolio class taught by Gerald Soto at the School of Visual Arts. The assignment was to visually interpret a haiku of your choosing. I choose the following haiku by Yosa Buson "Blowing from the west ... Fallen leaves gather ... In the east". Unfortunately the 5-7-5 syllable structure was lost in translation.
